Judgment and order reversed on the law, with costs, and complaint dismissed,with costs, on the ground that section21 of the Railroad Law imposes no duty upon the defendant to keep its crossing sidewalks free from snow and ice. All concur. Present —- Sears, P. J., Crouch, Taylor, Thompson and Crosby, JJ.
