MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff filed this case alleging a Title VII, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., violation occurred when the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (“OBN”) passed him over for a promotion, allegedly due to discrimination. OBN filed its Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. No. 37) and Plaintiff has responded.
