Motion to dismiss appeals granted unless record and briefs are filed not later than April 15, 1953, and appeals argued at May, 1953, Term. Appellant’s motion for leave to submit typewritten record and briefs is granted, and the error in the title of the notice of appeal dated September 25, 1952, is disregarded as a mere irregularity. (Civ. Prae. Act, § 105.) Present — Foster, P. J., Bergan, Coon, Halpern and Imrie, JJ.
