In re Sphere Drake Insurance Company; — Defendant(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 94-1825; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 96-CW-1539.

Writ granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed and the trial court is ordered to grant applicant a trial by jury. See, La.C.C.P. art. 1733.
