al., C.A. No. 2025-0002-KSJM (Del. Ch. Dec. 31, 2024).

7. This motion is not being filed for purposes of delay, but rather so that

justice may be done.

8. Granting this motion will not cause prejudice to any party.

PRAYER The State Bar Appellees respectfully asks this Court to grant the State Bar

Appellees’ Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time, and to extend the deadline for

the State Bar Appellees’ to file their Appellees’ Brief by 14 days, up to and including

February 17, 2024. The State Bar Appellees request all such other and further relief

to which it may be justly entitled.
