On December 22, 2022, Plaintiffs filed a motion to compel production of 22 documents against Defendant. [See ECF Doc. 39.] 23 2. The default deadline for Plaintiff to file a response to that motion is January 24 5, 2023, pursuant to Local Rule 7-2(b). 25 3. However, Defendant’s counsel has advised that she will be out of the office 26 from December 22, 2022 through January 2, 2023, with her family for the holidays. 27 1 4. In light of the unavailability of Defendant’s counsel, counsel for the parties 2 ||hereby stipulate, agree, and request that the Court reschedule the deadline for Defendant to 3 || file any response to Plaintiff's motion [Doc. 39] from January 5, 2023 to January 19, 2023. 4 5 6 DATED this 23" day of December, 2022.
