Opinion
In our opinion the questions of negligence and contributory negligence were questions of fact and the verdict with respect thereto was not against the weight of the evidence. However, in our opinion, the verdict was excessive. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ., concur.
