Requisition of vessels. On a stipulation by tbe parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, it was ordered tbat judgment for tbe plaintiff be entered for $539,435.69, together with additional compensation for delay at tbe rate of $41.7159 per day from December 1, 1955, to date of payment.
