In an action to foreclose a mortgage on real estate, appellant appeals from an order granting plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
