Order granting petitioners’ motion for a reargument, and upon reargument, vacating an order dated August 15, 1935, and granting to petitioners a peremptory order of mandamus compelling the Paragon Trading Corporation to permit a general inspection of its business books, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
