Opinion
In an action to enjoin defendant from the erection and maintenance of a fence enclosing a beach and from charging admission thereto, and for other relief, plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing the amended complaint, after trial, and granting defendant judgment on its counterclaim directing plaintiff to remove certain encroachments therefrom. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Sneed, JJ.
