Opinion
The issue presented in this appeal is precisely the same as that considered by the Fifth Circuit in Hoffman v. Air India, 393 F.2d 507 (5th Cir.1968). See also Dombroff v. Eagle-Picker Industries, Inc., 450 So.2d 923 (Fla. 3d DCA), rev. denied, 458 So.2d 272 (Fla.1984). Accordingly, we reverse the trial court’s order dismissing the Dur-kins’ amended complaint for lack of in per-sonam jurisdiction and remand for further proceedings.
Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
