Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The parties have stipulated that the circuit court’s judgment must be reversed in view of the Florida Supreme Court’s recent decision in Public Health Trust of Dade County v. Lopez and In Re: Estate of Taylor, 531 So.2d 946 (Fla.1988). In accordance with the parties’ stipulation and the supreme court’s decision, we reverse and remand for entry of a judgment consistent with the holding in Public Health Trust of Dade County.

SCHOONOVER, A.C.J., and HALL and THREADGILL, JJ., concur.
