IN this case, a certiorari issued to the justices of the orphans’ court of Harford county, to remove proceed-’ ings had before them upon an application to establish the nuncupative will of Patrick M'Closkey. A record of the proceedings was transmitted to the general court, and, upon consideration, the court quashed the writ.
