Opinion

DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Dupre v. The Travelers Insurance Company, 477 So.2d 1279 (La.App.3rd Cir.1985) (Our Docket No. 84-742), the judgment of the district court sustaining the exception of prematurity and dismissing the plaintiff’s suit at his costs is affirmed. Costs, as indicated in the companion opinion, are taxed against the plaintiff-appellant.
