PER CURIAM.

Writ granted.

Considering the unique circumstances of this case, the judgment of the trial court denying the exception of insufficiency of service and ordering Mr. Guillot to answer is vacated and set aside. The court is directed to order Mr. Guillot be personally served or appoint an attorney pursuant to LSA-C.C.P. art. 5091 if his whereabouts cannot be ascertained.
