Per Curiam.

The verdict for the plaintiffs is fully justified by the proofs as shown by the records and these proofs were made and the cause tried in strict obedience to a former decision in this court, by our appellate authority. Dunn v. Wehle, 14 Misc. Rep. 542; 35 N. Y. Supp. 1093.

Judgment and order affirmed, with costs.
