In re Vince Dunn, Sr., applying for cer-tiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit. Parish of East Baton Rouge. 378 So.2d 485.
Granted. Considering the absence of a stipulation by the parties to consolidate the trial on the merits for a permanent injunction with the trial of the rule for a preliminary injunction, the matter is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance with law.
