After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

KELLUM, Judge.-

Ih accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte Dunaway, 198 So.3d 567 (Ala.2014), we reverse the Barbour Circuit Court’s judgment denying Larry Dunaway’s petition for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala. R.Crim. P., and remand this case to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the supreme court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
