MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
This case returns upon remand from the Appellate Court for a hearing in damages. Dumont v. Wanner, 57 Conn. App. 366 (2000). After hearing testimony from the plaintiff, the court awards damages to him in the amount of $6,576.45, plus costs. Judgement may enter against both defendants accordingly.
