Transportation of freight. On a stipulation by the parties, whereby plaintiff agreed to accept $963.04 in full settlement of its claim and the defendant agreed to accept $18,160.12 in full settlement, of its counterclaim, and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the defendant be entered for the difference, $17,197.08.
