Opinion
The pleadings and affidavits filed herein clearly demonstrate the existence of genuine issues of material fact. Accordingly, we reverse the final summary judgment in favor of appellee. See Holl v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40 (Fla.1966).
REVERSED and REMANDED.
