Trading with the Enemy Act; property of American citizen vested by the Alien Property Custodian; congressional reference — equitable claim. — The case comes before the court pursuant to H. Res. 128 referring H.R. 2692, 86th Cong., 1st Sess., to the court for a report as to whether plaintiff has a legal or equitable claim against the United States and the amount, if any, legally or equitably due from the United States, the statute of limitations, the plea of res judicata, and the previous history of this case in the court to the contrary notwithstanding.
