PER CURIAM.

We withdraw our previous opinion, Dug-ger v. Hugelier, 16 F.L.W. D-2981 (Fla. 1st DCA Nov. 15, 1991), and substitute the following:

AFFIRMED, Dugger v. Anderson, 593 So.2d 1134 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). The motion for rehearing is denied.
