1. The city court of Blackshear has jurisdiction to hear determine an issue formed by a counter-affidavit to a warrant issued against one as a tenant holding over. Acts 1911, p. 211; Dorough v. Morris, 21 Ga. App. 477 (1), 478 (94 S. E. 641), and cases cited.

2. The verdict is supported by evidence, no error of law appears, the judgment is approved by the trial judge, and is
