Opinion
We think the finding of the court below was against the weight of evidence. The judgment is, therefore, reversed and the proceeding dismissed. Present — Ingraham, P. J., Laughlin, Scott, Dowling and Hotchkiss, JJ. Laughlin and Dowling, JJ., dissented and voted for affirmance. Judgment reversed and proceeding dismissed. Order to be settled on notice.
