In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendant appeals from an order directing discovery and inspection of certain books and records. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, the discovery and inspection to proceed on five days’ notice. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Johnston, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
