Following review of the response, it is ordered that appellee Emily C. Moises Day Training Center's motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The order on appeal is a non-final, non-appealable order.

Appellant's motion for extension and/or enlargement of time to file an initial brief is hereby denied as moot.
