Opinion

In an action for a divorce, order, insofar as it denies plaintiff’s motion to confirm the amended report of the official referee and confirms the original report, affirmed, without costs. Appeal from the portion of the order which refers the motion for alimony pendente lite to the trial court dismissed, without costs. Ho opinion. Lewis, P. J.,. Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Aldrich, JJ., concur.
