Opinion

In an action inter alia for an accounting, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 31, 1975, which denied her motion for summary judgment. Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements. In our opinion, the record in this case is not so clear as to warrant summary judgment. Hopkins, Acting P. J., Martuscello, Latham, Shapiro and Hawkins, JJ., concur.
