Opinion

On Motion of Mr. Parsons Sollicitor for the Defendants It is Ordered that Thomas Drayton one of the Defendants in this Cause, being an Infant under the Age of Twenty One Years, have Leave to defend the same by Mary Ainslie his Mother and Guardian, and that She be appointed Guardian for that Purpose.
