Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Becker, J.), dated January 20,1982, dismissed. Said order was superseded by an order of the same court dated March 31, 1982. Order dated March 31, 1982, affirmed, insofar as appealed from. No opinion. Defendant is awarded one bill of $50 costs and disbursements. Mollen, P. J., Laser, Mangano and Niehoff, JJ.,concur.
