Opinion
We construe the final judgment of foreclosure in favor of appellee Ellis First National Bank as not affecting the furniture, drapes and cooking utensils which are described in the trial court’s order of April 12, 1984, and are subject to the lien claimed by appellant Drapes by Janice, Inc. Hence, any sale of these items under such judgment would be void.
As construed, the final judgment is affirmed.
