STADING, Judge.

Constance Washington (“Defendant”) appeals from the trial court’s denial of

her N.C. Gen. Stat. § 1A-1, Rule 60(b) motion for relief from judgment. Defendant

contends the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to enter default judgment

against her and as a result, the trial court improperly denied her Rule 60(b) motion

for relief. For the reasons below, we affirm.
