Opinion

To vacate order setting aside tbe report of commissioners on claims and revoking tbe commission, tbe court having found that tbe administrator of said estate did not have actual notice of tbe meeting of said commissioners, and that tbe commissioners did not give notice of their meeting- as required by law and directed by tbe court.

Order to show cause denied May 4, 1892.
