Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The public defender submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), and the appellant filed a supplemental brief on his own behalf. We have independently reviewed the record and find no apparent error. Accordingly, we affirm the appellant’s judgment and sentence.

AEFIRMED.

W. SHARP, GOSHORN and ANTOON, JJ., concur.
