Opinion
The services rendered by the appellant were undoubtedly meritorious so far as he is concerned. Inasmuch, however, as they were for the benefit of the trustee and in opposition to the interests of a cestui que trust, their property should not be applied to the payment of those services. The appellant must look [79]*79to the former trustee, to whom he rendered the services, for his compensation.
Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed, at the costs of the appellant.
