Opinions

MILLER, Judge.

This case was consolidated for trial and appeal with Lalande v. Index Geophysical Survey Corporation, et al., 336 So.2d 1054 (# 5546, La.App. 3 Cir. 1976). Our decision in that case is being handed down this date. For the reasons there assigned, we affirm the trial court decision at appellant’s costs.

AFFIRMED.
