Per Curiam.

The appellant has not, by oral argument or printed points, called our attention to any exception or ground [589]*589upon which he claims that this judgment should be reversed; he has simply submitted the appeal book. Our examination of the case discloses no reason for a reversal.

The judgment must be affirmed, with costs.
