Opinion

Per Curiam.

— The appellant was convicted and adjudged to pay a fine for an unlawful sale of intoxicating liquors, and the question is whether the evidence supports the charge. No useful purpose would be subserved by giving the evidence or a synopsis of it. Our conclusion is that the evidence does not sustain the charge.

Judgment reversed.
