Opinion

PER CURIAM.

REVERSED. Upon review of the record we find the evidence insufficient to sustain the jury’s finding that the appellant unreasonably refused to submit to an independent medical examination under section 627.736(7), Florida Statutes (1987). We remand with directions that judgment be entered in favor of appellant.

ANSTEAD, POLEN and GARRETT, JJ., concur.
