Opinion

PER CURIAM.

A close scrutiny of the record in this case and the time sequences involved lead us to the conlusion that this court lacks jurisdiction of the cause. Craft v. Clarembeaux, Fla.App.1964, 162 So.2d 325; Chatios v. City of Hallandale, Fla.1969, 220 So.2d 353.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.

WALDEN and DOWNEY, JJ., and WADDELL, TOM, Jr., Associate Judge, concur.
