MEMORANDUM OPINION

This appeal arises from the trial court’s order granting Appellee’s motions for summary judgment. Appellant has now filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). In the motion, Appellant states that the parties have executed a settlement agreement, and he requests that we dismiss the appeal.

We grant Appellant’s motion and dismiss this appeal.
