Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered May 26, 1976 in Albany County, which denied a motion by appellants for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them. Order affirmed, with costs to plaintiff, on the opinion of Hughes, J., at Special Term. Greenblott, J. P., Sweeney, Main, Larkin and Herlihy, JJ., concur.
