Opinion

ON REMAND FROM THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT

PER CURIAM.

In an opinion now quashed by the Florida Supreme- Court, we previously affirmed the denial of Luis F. Dominguez’ postcon-viction motion. We now reverse the denial order and remand for further proceedings consistent with Castano v. State, 119 So.3d 1208 (Fla.2012) (applying Padilla v. Kentucky, 559 U.S. 356, 130 S.Ct. 1473, 176 L.Ed.2d 284 (2010) to similar facts).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

TORPY, C.J., GRIFFIN and LAWSON, JJ., concur.
