Opinion

Luke, J.

The defendant was accused and convicted of the offense of violating the “labor-contract law.” Penal Code (1910), § 715 et seq. The evidence was insufficient to authorize the conviction. It was error, for this reason, to overrule the motion for a new trial.

Judgment reversed.

Broyles, C. J., and Bloodworth, J., concur.
