Action on the case for damages to land by overflows. Judgment for plaintiff. Error to the Circuit Court of Lawrence county; the Hon. J. C. Eagleton, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1920. Affirmed. Eagleton, J., took no part in the hearing of this case.

Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).
