App. 177 (2022), affirming orders entered on 22 January 2021 by Judge Carla N. Archie in Superior Court, Mecklenburg County. On 21 March 2024, the Supreme Court allowed defendant’s conditional petitions for discretionary review as to additional issues. Heard in the Supreme Court on 18 September 2024.
