Action for a declaratory judgment declaring plaintiff to be the sole owner of certain bank accounts, and for an injunction. Order denying plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment or partial summary judgment' affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
