Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order dismissing plaintiffs’ complaint with prejudice and remand for further proceedings. We do this upon authority of Stahl v. Metropolitan Dade County, 438 So.2d 14 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983), and McCabe v. Watson, 225 So.2d 346 (Fla. [258]*2583d DCA 1969) cert. discharged, 232 So.2d 739 (Fla.1970).

Reversed and remanded.
